If you are using your out-of-network benefits, you will be responsible for our full session fee. We will issue a superbill (if requested) for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  Your insurance may cover a certain percentage of the session cost after you have met your out-of-network deductible. Your superbill will include a diagnosis and the duration of the session.

We opted out of Medicare effective 9/1/2024. Opting out means we cannot be involved in any Medicare program, including original fee-for-service (traditional) Medicare, Medicare Managed Care Plans, Medicare Choice Plan, and Medicare Advantage Plan. Prospective clients with Medicare must sign a Medicare Private Pay Opt-Out Medical Services Contract at the start of their services. We do not and cannot provide superbills for possible reimbursements from Medicare.
