I bring a mind-body-soul holistic perspective with a client-centered approach to work with clients.
I attend trainings on a regular basis, not just to fulfill the basic continuing education units (CEUs) requirement by the board of counseling, but in courses that would benefit me, and my clients. This means I invest in myself to continue to hone my skills, and I focus on my self-care so that I could bring my best self to serve you.
Clients described me as calm, curious, compassionate, direct, and a good listener. I am here to listen, support, and witness your growth with you.

Symptoms of anxiety include but not limited to increased heart rate, tightness in chest, feeling nervous, restlessness, trembling, sweating, difficulties in concentration and trouble in focusing on the present moment.
