My Approach
I bring a mind-body-soul holistic perspective with a client-centered approach to work with clients.
I attend trainings regularly, not just to fulfill the basic continuing education units (CEUs) requirement set by the board of counseling, but also in courses that will benefit me and my clients. This means I invest in myself to continue honing my skills, and I prioritize my self-care so that I can bring my best self to serve you.
