We offer telehealth services via a secure HIPAA-Compliant platform. Contact us for In-person sessions.
Secure & Confidential: Delivered via HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video technology.
Zero Commute & Maximum Privacy: Access specialized clinical care directly from your personal space.
Multi-State Licensure: Fully licensed to provide care to individuals located across VA, MD, MA, TX, and VT.
A common question prospective clients ask is whether complex or specialized modalities work as effectively through a screen as they do in person.
The short answer is yes. When provided within a secure, dedicated framework, virtual therapy offers the exact same clinical outcome while providing the added emotional comfort of being in your own environment.
Standard Individual Therapy: Connect deeply and process life transitions in a safe, quiet space of your choosing.
Developmental Couples Therapy: Work through high-conflict dynamics and communication blocks without the added stress of traveling together to an office.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): Bilateral eye movements and image rescripting are easily adapted to telehealth using guided visual anchors on your screen, producing rapid trauma relief virtually.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Intensives: Experiencing deep relaxation and subconscious integration in the familiarity of your home often allows for quicker comfort and focus during hypnosis and audio recording.
Mental health regulations require that telehealth providers be licensed in the state where the client is physically located at the exact time of the session.
I am legally licensed and authorized to provide online therapy services to clients physically present in:
Virginia
Maryland
Massachusetts
Texas
Vermont
Note: You do not necessarily have to be a permanent resident of these states, but you must be physically located within state lines (e.g., at home, at work, or traveling within state boundaries) during our virtual appointment.
To ensure your sessions are safe, seamless, and clinically effective, please ensure you have the following in place:
A Private Space: A quiet room where you can speak freely without interruption from family, housemates, or colleagues.
A Stable Internet Connection: A reliable high-speed connection to prevent lagging or video disconnects during deep processing.
A Stationary Device: A desktop computer, laptop, or tablet setup on a stable surface at eye level (phones are acceptable, but a larger screen is recommended for ART eye-movement protocols).
Safety & Location Standards: Sessions cannot be conducted while you are driving, running errands in public, or in a moving vehicle.
All video calls are conducted through a secure, encrypted, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You will receive a unique, private video link prior to each scheduled appointment—no software downloads required.
Yes, most insurance policies cover telehealth in the same way they cover in-office sessions. We are in-network with UnitedHealthcare. For out-of-network benefits, we provide monthly Superbills for potential reimbursement through your provider.
If a technical glitch occurs, we establish a protocol during our initial session: we immediately attempt to reconnect via video, and if necessary, transition to a phone call to safely close out any ongoing clinical processing.
Skip the commute and experience specialized individual or couples care from the comfort of your own space.
